                         Last Conference Days

Day 5 and 6

Feed back from the conference has been phenomenal.  We are praising God for his creativity & provision.  Todays topics included: Eternal security & Assurance; The Role of the Law, Salvation in the Old Testament and the Ascended Life of Christ.  The following days topics were Non-biblical views of Salvation, Comparing belief Systems and Defining Christ.  Each day begins with worship, praise and prayer and each day ends with processing time and home visits.  On Friday, the conference concluded with Communion and Certificates of Completion.

What a great God we serve!

As of this writing, the conference has concluded.  The pastors were given their Certificates of Course Completion & supplies/materials for them to take back to their country.  They will also need to take a "C" test to return back.  Please pray that everyone passes those tests and for safe travel back home.

Experiencing the sights and sounds of Dubai is pretty incredible

Of course the main structure that you see when you arrive in Dubai is the Burj Khalifa.  It's pretty incredible, but nothing short to the incredible Greatness of our God. 



Again, we want to thank the members of Frisco Bible Church for their generous giving that helped make this Dubai mission trip possible.  It was just a vision a dream a little over a year ago.  To see this mission trip come to fruition is truly of the Lord.  We give Him all the praise and glory.  Thanks to AJ Rinaldi and Martin MacDonald for stepping out in faith and saying "yes, Lord send me".  They left loved ones behind in Texas to travel and be used of the Lord.  May the Lord continue to bless the work of their hands even as they return back to Texas- Psalm 90:17

  Done with day 4, and we want more! Look at all the progress done on the mural! We got very far today (despite a paint spill… oops!) It is going to say “eres importante” which means “you are important”. It will be encouraging to those in the Pavas community to see a bright beautiful wall on the side of the Hope Center that tells them they have value. We don’t think that we will be able to finish it completely in our trip, but when the next group comes they will finish it up. We are glad to be a part of it. Today, our Bible story was the parable of the Good, Smart American— oh wait, we mean the Good Samaritan.  The point of the story is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself. We also read from 1 John 4, which talks about how God is love, and a love for others flows from a love of God.  Our craft was gospel bracelets! Dubai Mission Trip 2022

  Our Dubai Mission Team left yesterday.  They have safely arrived at the hotel and are resting and preparing for the Pastor's conference that will begin later this week.  You can follow their mission trip journey here on this blog.  We will provide pictures, videos and updates as we receive them.  Here are some prayer requests that you can begin praying for them as they prepare: Pray for safe travel for our brothers and sisters in Christ from Pakistan Pray for effective communication as AJ and Martin teach.  The material is very heavy in theology. Pray for peace through discussion time Pray for the worship and music time to be enjoyable and glorifying to the Lord Pray for family members that are left back home in Texas.  May the Lord give them endurance

Team Theme

 Our team was been gathering on a monthly basis since February.  The purpose of our meetings was team unity.  As a team, we decided our Team Theme Verse: Mark 10:45 "For the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and give His life as a ransom for many".  This is our desire as a team.  One of our very own team members, Madeline Bryant designed the logo for our team shirts.  We will wear these around as we serve.  Please pray that we will be given lots of opportunities to serve like Jesus
